Hi,

Just wondering does anyone know is it possible to get a refund for childcare fees paid before Covid19 restrictions started?

Our crèche is reopening but they plan to charge fees going forward as normal, and not issue any refunds for the period while they were closed.

For example, we paid full monthly fees for March and our lo attended till the closure (12th March).
