I always love the "to many extra to mention" on ads no matter the car for sale. It looks the Performance Pack is the only thing it has? It's also priced high enough for a 151 manual private sale.

It's the same asking price I had my 152 with less than half the mileage and 4k+ in aftermarket parts included up for a year ago.

He'll be doing well to get near his asking is all I'll say. :P

Well wear DM, very nice indeed. Great spec on it, it wouldn't have been far off 60k retail when new.

That looks cracking DM. The best of luck with it.

I'd say if I mention changing again she'll hit the roof, arrived home yesterday and she said it looked very boy racey, before she noticed the quad exausts:eek:

Wasn't my smartest move, happy where I ended up though it's a cracker, still have a touch of ptsd from the ID, constantly looking at the range now.

Have a new GTI for the weekend. General consensus is the 7.5 is as good am I right?

That new VW touchscreen is a step backwards I reckon, you know that annoying thing that pops up in the ID "please drive on the road" well that's on the new GTI as well with no way to turn it off by default, I've seen a few reviewers give out about it.
I'm back in the 7.5 and it feels like a step forward.

    Regular GTI or Clubsport Mark?

Consensus seems to be that there’s not much between it and the 7.5 in terms of dynamics or in terms of performance. It has the fancy diff from the old PP but doesn’t have the bigger brakes, which are reserved for the CS. Aside from that there’s the well documented reservations about the proliferation of touchscreens which many reviewers seem to lazily drone on about. Carfection notably didn’t make a thing of it.

Clubsport is on another level entirely by all accounts.

Have the Clubsport in May. Octavia RS end of March. Will be nice to be able to compare all of them!

At least now when the range drops quickly you can top it up in 60 seconds lol...

I see VW are launching a 45th anniversary edition of the GTi called Edition 45 surprisingly:
