Terrazo paving slabs

Hi,
I've been looking for paving slabs but all I can find a very drab and boring ones. I'd love to have white terrazo slabs that are speckled with some bright colours but I cant seem to find any.
I understand that they would need to be nonslip for outdoors but it seems like they just arent available anywhere.


Something like this in a 60x60 or bigger slab would do

Anybody got any suggestions on where to look?

I know some floor experts/tilers can make their own terrazzo floors, but I'd say it'd be waaaay more expensive than sourcing a few tiles. Other than that, I'd say you'd have to get them shipped from abroad (also very expensive, I'd say, considering how heavy they are).

Kilsaran do a polished concrete range called the 'Shelbourne' which might suit.

The concrete design studio is incredibly expensive. My 9sqm space was coming in at 5400 just for the paving

Oh, I figured they wouldn't come in cheap! Plus, it has "design" in the name, to that's to be worth at least half of the cost quoted.

Have you considered porcelain? I paved all the back garden (52 sq M) in 900mm x 600mm reverso beige last year and I'm quite pleased with the result.

Yeah we are looking at porcelain as a second option. Your's looks great but as our area is so small we dont want anything other than white.
We like the below and it will be our go to one if we cant find the terrazzo

That's a really nice tile, it's quite an unusual size. Would you lay it like the photo or in brick pattern? I have this need to draw everything out to scale so I can check how it looks before I buy tiles. I don't know how many times I've changed my mind before buying! Kitchen, bathrooms, garden - just glad it's all done now!:)

We've been told we can get them in 1.2m by 1.2m slabs so we'll be laying them like that.
Fortunately i seem to be able to imagine space quite well. My partner on the other hand struggles with it though which has required some tremendous leaps of faith where our renovation is concerned 😂

My brother put it down, but he has small kids and they have managed to crack three tiles already.

None really - but then again, we don't have small kids!:)

I did have a problem with staining from using a peat based compost in the flower pots/troughs. If they were over-watered the excess water would leach onto the tiles and leave a brown stain. Power washing wouldn't shift it so I made up a spray of white vinegar and lemon juice and soaked the stains for about 10 minutes and it came right off. I changed the potting compost after that and the problem went away.
