Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Broken toilet seat

hi, looking for some advice. I got an en suite updated about 5 years ago and we purchased a toilet/cistern (can't remember where or the make of it)!

This morning I lifted the lid and one of the connections snapped off. The screw holding it in rusted away and broke. I wanted to find out how this can be fixed properly as I can't see where I can get access to it, as it's a closed toilet. Would I be better off trying to stick it back with a glue, or could I get a replacement connection. And, if the latter, how would I get access to it? Photos attached below.

I managed to fix this. I was able to use a pliers to pull out the old broken screw and found a replacement screw to fit it again. :D
