Early chance for Auba, should have done better

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,783 ✭✭✭Benimar

Unlucky from Saka. Off the crossbar with Ryan beaten

  • Registered Users Posts: 22,625 ✭✭✭✭extra gravy

    Saka hits the bar

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,159 ✭✭✭COH

Damn that would have been huge

Mmm are you sure? 111 points top of gw had de bruyne triple captain ings, fernandes, 5 clean sheets incl henderson... has sterling too.

Did you have triple captain de bruyne, 5 clean sheets incl henderson etc? Something doesnt add up?

Sound of you to question him

Hard done by to not have any contribution from Saka yet. Big positives from him though.

Sounds like in a lot of pain. A lot

  • Registered Users Posts: 22,625 ✭✭✭✭extra gravy

    He's coming off

  • Registered Users Posts: 36,259 ✭✭✭✭SlickRic

    That has irrationally angered me.

Maupay nudged Leno for absolutely no reason, causing that.

This GW is quickly turning into a clusterfúck.

Neal maupay.. wat an assho*e. And you thought i was bad

  • Registered Users Posts: 10,048 ✭✭✭✭normanoffside

The good news is that Martinez is only 4.2m

Looks bad. Broken leg possibly because they aren't showing the entire replays

Yeah. But also, all this planning for a safe GK pick and he gets injured. What are the chances. Was a nice differential from main rival too. Fcuk this season.

    God bless fpl rockstar

Wouldnt want to play in the same team with Maupay and Ederson. Imagine the training sessions.

Arsenal will get angry now and score

  • Registered Users Posts: 24,185 ✭✭✭✭Larbre34

I had a look at the rewind, complex knee dislocation by the look of it, almost certainly stripped some ligaments, a straight leg break would be far preferable. Gone till Sept 21 I'd be guessing.

Maupay had every right to compete, but Leno's acrobatics to try and stay in the his area probably did for him. A sickener.

Leno had already caught the ball and was still in the air when Maupay jumped into him. Hate this he was entitled to go for it s***e. It was a scummy challenge.

I’m a keeper and even I must admit there wasn’t much force from Maupay there. Leno came out quite tamely actually (not a criticism) which maupay probably wasn’t expecting so he has to defend himself too or at least was expecting some contact from Leno. Keepers do like to rush out with force and with their knees too don’t forget. If there was more force from Maupay I’d be more angered but it was a nudge. I think people are caught up in the moment and judging it by the outcome akin to Son and Gomes.

Saka & PEA combining for a goal is my dream scenario in this game.

    Ruled out this time.

    Laca doing a Maupay there...

Difference is Ryan wasn't in control of the ball.

    Could do with arsenal conceding
Don’t even care if auba scores start this stage
Should have stuck to my guns and not gotten him

  • Registered Users Posts: 36,259 ✭✭✭✭SlickRic

    Pepe (Saka)

Same. If it wasn't Auba it would've been Rashford, Vardy or Kane so nothing lost. A late winner would be nice though.

Never thought Saka would play twice, and Arsenal are muck, especially away from home.

It was him or Cantwell. Another bad decision it seems!
