    Hi All

Anyone hear about this app or have been using it.

    https://www.olivia.ai/ie

    "Up your money game
Olivia is a free financial assistant that helps you spend smarter and save more. She applies artificial intelligence to learn your spending patterns, to predict your purchases, and to recommend ways to get more for your money"

Im a bit skeptical with giving access to my account to a 3rd party app, bit its linked to Irish Life

Sounds like they aggregate all your financial data and then target you with ads. from local financial institutions. Who pay them a fee and that's how they make their money.

The business model looks sound, there are no red flags that I can see. The Forbes article is worth reading, it's from May 2019. And here's a recent (June 15th) article from Silicon Republic about the Irish launch... https://www.siliconrepublic.com/start-ups/olivias-ai-assistant-encourages-mindful-spending-and-saving

But here's a question someone might answer...... I know Revolut allows you to link your other bank accounts (e.g. AIB, pTSB, BoI etc.) to your Revolut account but does it worth the other way i.e. will Revolut allow me to give a third party (e.g. Olivia) access to my Revolut account?

Yes i believe revolut and all the main banks allow access, from my rudimentary understanding at least.

Would be interested to know if anyone has used this app and if its worthwhile?
