    ??

Should have been a question mark.

    I googled mapped it.

Question I really have is, traffic wise and accessibility to bike paths etc, would this be major hassle to do?

Would it be made more possible with access to a moped, if doing it on a bike was too lengthy/dangerous/difficult each day?

If doing it every day, would it make sense to live at one end or the other?

UCD to Inchicore is about 10km so a 30 minute cycle or so. Completely do-able though you might need a back up plan for the days when it is bucketing down.

To get a moped you need to do 12 lessons and they are a fair bit more expensive than car lessons. Mopeds themselves are cheap enough (about 1k-2k second hand) but getting on the road legally is not, between the lessons, insurance and safety gear its easily over 1.5k.
