Just wondering how this works. You see stalls at shows etc selling clothes with logos such as stands at truck shows selling ‘scania’ jackets etc. These are clearly not official merchandise so how can they get away with it? Are you allowed to do this or are you asking for trouble re copyrights?

They get away with it until their stuff is taken y the police. If you go on Henry St at Christmas as soon as a Garda appears at either end the message goes down the line and they pull all the dodgy stuff of the stall and hide it!

Even if you can get away with it it's wrong just avoid it.
