    Hi there,

I’m hoping to do a bathroom renovation soon. I have no previous experience of doing renovations like this.

Is there somewhere online that can give reasonably accurate guide prices based on the level of work to be done?

Just so I have reasonable expectations of how far my humble budget will go and also so when I engage tradespeople I know if they’re quoting fairly.

    Thank you,
    TP

Am in the same position myself. Zero clue or experience.
I've had 2 sets of quotes - 1 from a well-known bathroom refurb outfit with a glossy website. The other from a one-man operation. Both Dublin based.
    Labour quotes as follows:
Installing new cloakroom (sink & toilet) ranged between €400 - €450
Installing new bath/shower ranged between €1600-€2500
Installing a new en-suite (shower, toilet, sink) ranged between €2500-€3000

    Materials/fitings obviously on top.

Hope this helps. Let me know how you get on - it's a minefield!

    That does help thank you!
I think your en-suite costs are roughly what I was expecting.
    Good luck with the work!

I paid just over 5k for a full refurb of an ensuite , that included the bathroom being tanked and fully tiled .
