The thread title isn't really the same as what you're asking.

Are these supposed to be two different products?

No. There meant to be the same product: Curcumin + Bioperine

I'm a new user so can't post links.

    But on Amazon:
    1. Pure Encapsulations - Curcumin 500 with Bioperine
    2. Curcumin 95 + Bioperine® by LLS

Not much difference between them, tumeric uses black pepper for enhanced curcumin absorption in the body by up to 2,000%.
If you wanted to go full on, get one with bromelain (pineapple extract) and ginger extract also.

Maybe also take the odd shot of ACV(m) in hot water with honey.

Just be wary if taking prescribed medication, turmeric can interact with them as it metabolised through CYP3A4 pathway.

Same goes for Bromelain enzyme (may affect prescribed medications).

Read somewhere that Indian's (with all their healthy spices) have a better life expectancy than uk folks, once they get over 50.
The US life expectancy has been shrinking over recent years, to to bigphrama greatly pu$hing their potent oxy-painkillers, and thus causing additional addictions.

    Curcumin is IN tumeric.

    Tumeric is from a root.

Curcumin is naturally found within the spice Tumeric :)

Curcumin is the main active ingredient IN tumeric.

But people xxtract the curcumin to concentrate it because Tumeric might not contain as much curcumin as they want.
