    Hello guys, I'm new here so eny advice for beginning to lose weight would be helpful!

    Weigh your food and use a calorie tracker (like My Fitness Pal), eat a bit less than you need and you will loose weight - it's really that simple, problem is we always under estimate the calories in our food, in particular so-called 'health food'.
