Ceiling plaster cost

I got a price of €1,250 + VAT for skimming ceilings in our upstairs of the house in Dublin. It's 3 bedrooms + small bathroom + hall (total of about 40 square meters). There's nothing tough - no coving etc... just stipple on the ceilings. Does it seem reasonable? Seem's a little pricey but I could be wrong.
