Hi, so I'm 21 and I have my learner A2 licence.
I'm looking at bigger bikes since at the moment I have a Honda Zoomer.
I'm looking at A2 bikes and also some 600cc bikes that I would restrict down. I've tried getting an online quote but couldn't. I'm just wondering if anyone has an idea how much it might cost.
I'm interested in the Honda CB600 and the Suzuki SV650. Also just a side note the Honda CB500 is A2 friendly right? and can ridden without restriction?

You'll get a variety of different prices from different people with different bikes and circumstances. Probably not what you want to hear but if you can't get one online it's a case of picking up the phone and ringing each one for a quote.

FWIW I've been with Principal for the last few years and have found them consistently reasonable.

get the sv650 and install a throttle stop restrictor.

Ring principal for a quote on it. I paid 480 for my first year at 21 on the A2

“And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, generates funds to the exchequer. You don't want to acknowledge that as truth because, deep down in places you don't talk about at the Green Party, you want me on that road, you need me on that road. We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”
