Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Finally making the switch and losing the eir shackles for phone and broadband. Do I need to let them know that we are switching band go through their terrible customer service line one last time or will that be done automatically once the switch happens?

Your new provider does all the work on switching once you give them your UAN.

You will get a final bill then from Eir with the remaining owed. To avoid any penalty, make sure that the contact you signed with Eir has finished (12/18 months)
