Ordering a replacement Visa Debit Card

    Where can I do this - it doesn't seem to be an option on 365online.
    Is it to possible to have the same card number as I have some direct debits flowing from this card

    Hi Jayzee, thanks for reaching out to us here on Boards.ie. 

    You’d certainly be able to order a replacement card online by logging on to www.365Online.com and select the options ‘Service Desk’ > ‘Re-Order Debit Card’. 

    This card should arrive to the address on your account within 5-7 working days. 

    Alternatively, you could also certainly contact our Customer Security Desk directly on 0818 365 365 and an Advisor would be more than happy to help. 

    In relation to the direct debits on your account, please be assured they’d be linked directly with your account rather than your card so receiving a new debit card shouldn’t affect your direct debits.
