Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The amount of sh1te cunningham spoke this morning on OTB

Basically he said Werner should have punished Liverpool with his chances and not giving credit to Fab for his display.

He also, he goes to say Thiago will get some game time but he's behind Hendo & Fab as no6 and also Kieta and Jones as no8's

My god how the fcuk do these guys think they are pundits

That was 15mins of comedy gold. Kenny Cunningham is a dimmest commentator on football. He hasn't a clue and talk relentless nonsense. It's like verbal diarrhoea.

"I'm not the Liverpool manager" as long as KC can keep saying this I don't care what he thinks.

Cunningham is and always was a clown pundit, hasnt got a clue but even so i just cant believe the utter scutter he came out with on OTB.

I know we're seemingly happy with 3 CBs+Fab but I'd love a go at this for our 4th CB, not sure why he's so out of favour at Chelsea, he's at least better than Christensen.

    Cunningham is some spoofer.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,463 ✭✭✭✭BorneTobyWilde

Cunningham doesn't seem to realize that it's not about replacing Henderson, or Fabinho, it's about rotation, and like for like quality. Henderson is a machine, and he's worked too hard. Thiago will play a lot of his minutes, and Henderson will play a lot of Thiago's, extending both of their careers while hopefully having less injuries.
It's not about replacing anyone FFS.
Maybe at Chelsea Henderson, the man he is, would have not mentioned his strain, and played on, but with Thiago in the wings he didn't have to.

What way will we line up against Lincoln. Guessing

    Adrian

    Williams VDB Koumetio Kostas

    Milner Jones Minamino

    Elliott Origi Jota

I think that team needs a Lovren type defender in there IMO. Experience is needed in defence, especially when you have one lad making his senior debut, another lad making his debut for the club and a teenager making up the back 4. Gomez will play possibly, depending on fitness. The senior centre backs generally played in the cups last season with Lovren & Gomez they most seen.

By who is the important question?

Garbage webites and randomers or an actual journalist who gets Liverpool info correct? I assume it's the former.

To be fair none of the reliables have made any comment

Could only see it happen if Brewster, Wilson and Origi leave,
I can't see us shifting all 3 on permanents deals

Looks like the Spurs game is off tomorrow evening with Orient. League 2 did away with weekly mandatory testing and Spurs paid for Orients testing after thier last game with a few players testing positive.

Is it a similar situation with Lincoln or is mandatory testing still in place in league 1?

    Big win for City.

    Wolves had the chances though.

Well that's 3 pts that city didn't get last season

City played some good football but their defence was shaky. Salah would have run rings around Mendy.
Wolves a decent side. Put it up to them in the 2nd half.

Could just as easily have run with Salah or Mane to PSG or Real.

Bobby Duncan and Jordan Ibe are both set to join Derby.

Hopefully it will help Jordan, he seemingly had an awful time with depression recently. Still young so hoping he bounces back fast and we see him in the prem again.

I honestly believe we could of been relegated that season if the club went into administration and Roy remained. Gerrard wouldn't of been able to save us

yet he did by missing the penalty against Blackburn purposely to get Hodgson sacked

I reckon the hardest part of Edwards jobs kicks in now and that's trying to get rid of players ,

I reckon by ideal to get rid of the below but its tough job ,

    Karius
    Wilson
    Grujic
    Shaq
    Brewster
    Phillips

I don’t remember that but Stevie has gone higher through the stratosphere in my estimation if that’s the case!

I don't remember Kyrgiakos ever being captain?! Although it is another example of a fourth choice CB who got a lot of gametime.

Clubs will wait to the last minute and try for loan deals, they are going to be very difficult to shift on permanent deals.
