So i have just watched "Dark Waters"...

Basically a movie about DuPont and Teflon...

So now i would like to see what are the alternative cookware options if i'm trying to avoid non-stick coated pans...

Also, looking to information about lead content in slow cookers in Europe...Can't seem to find much with regards online that isn't from potentially biased sites.

Cast iron that's seasoned and properly cared for (its nowhere near as hard as it seems) is the only realistic alternative to non-stick; unless you want to scrub stainless.

Seasoned carbon steel too. I use my carbon steel far more than my cast iron, the carbon steel is far quicker to heat up.
