You suggested BT is ok to use Castle doctrine, but when i highlighted similar cases in which it could be used, only this time white people using it to defend themselves from BLM or black people, and u instantly try to shut that down.

As I said the two cases are really not all that similar at all no, so it is folly to try equivocating the two. The rest of your post is just a lot of argumentum ad hominem with no factual basis.

If a cop is shot at first, do they have a right to shoot back?

It's a yes or no question.

Except the ballistics don't support that having happened in this case.

If a cop is shot at first do they have the right to spray bullets blindly into an apartment block, sending bullets into adjacent apartments, occupied by pregnant mothers?

Investigators have arrested and charged a man in connection with the ambush shooting of two Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies earlier this month.

Great news. They've caught the cretin who attempted to kill the two police officers in for Compton. He has been identified as 36-year-old Deonte Lee Murray and is being charged with attempted murder. I hope he gets kicked around inside!!
The suspect had already been charged with one felony count each of carjacking, second-degree robbery and assault with a semi-automatic firearm -- along with gang and gun allegations -- involving a Sept. 1 carjacking in Compton, in which he allegedly shot a 51-year-old man in the leg with a high-powered rifle and stole his black Mercedes-Benz. He pleaded not guilty to those charges and has remained behind bars since his Sept. 15 arrest.

Kenneth Walker is not a drug trafficker. Stick to the facts without the smears, especially when you’re wrong about them.

Kamala Harris encouraging her people to bail out violent rioters and thugs so they could go on inflicting more harm on people and their communities

We see a tweet to donate to MFF (founded in 2016 to support activism for bail reform in the criminal justice system). But this was not the claim made. The claim was she was doing so to bail out violent rioters and thugs so they could go on inflicting more harm on people and their communities. Where is the evidence for that? If this is the best evidence available I have a conspiracy theories forum for you.

It's staring you in the face.

Do you condone funding bail for dangerous criminals?

Because it doesn’t exist. KW is not a drug dealer. He doesn’t even appear as part of any investigation as a suspect.

You should consider googling the Minnesota Freedom Fund.

The only error here was judges who set bail for offenders who were likely to recommit. Did she manipulate the judges too? How deep is your rabbit hole here

No rabbit hole here old boy...it is plain obvious what she did, and the consequences of her actions.

No, you’ve accused her of something quite sinister without evidence to show for it.

It's there for everyone to see, I think people can decide for themselves what she did.

It hasn’t been though because again the evidence doesn’t exist. Kenneth Walker is not a drug dealer or a person of interest.

What warrant are we talking about being "chucked out"

and what do charges against the police have to do with whether or not Kenneth Walker is a drug dealer or not?

Do you contend that the evidence from the investigation that was posted previously was false? Do.you contend that a judge erred when he granted a warrant for search of the apartment, based on said evidence?

Taylor’s ex-boyfriend was dealing drugs. That man, Jamarcus Glover, was the main focus of the police investigation. Walker, Taylor’s boyfriend at the time of her death, was not named in any investigation.

A few people have pointed to a leaked police memo that includes quotes from Glover taken from recorded phone conversations at the jail as proof that the two knew one another. The Louisville police themselves have said the leaked memo was an early, unverified draft written mid-investigation, that these quotes were taken out of context, and that the way they’re being used is deeply misleading. (For example, Glover said Walker was also in jail. He was — because police had arrested him after the raid.)

Are you telling me that Kenneth Walker is a suspect in that investigation? You'd be contradicting LMPD.

Note also that document was generated *after* the raid, not before.

This is the video that both sides should watch. People on here should do the same. Might put an end to many of the non stop arguments.

We did, the last time you tried to pursue this argument. I'm not particularly interested in rehashing it for 3rd time

This argument was not pursued. Where is Kenneth Walker a person of interest for drug dealing?
