Wilfred Zaha the latest player to speak out.

Hopefully we will see an end to this knee nonsense soon.

Fair fecks to him, someone who has common sense. Politics should play no role in any sport. People watch sports to be entertained, that's it..

anyone that supports BLM, can you tell me why exactly?

anyone that supports BLM, can you tell me why exactly?

Because all people deserve to be treated equally by the people hired to protect and serve and paid with public money.

Can you tell me what issue you have with this statement?

Never apologise if you are not guilty. Fight back.

I thought you guys wanted black people to stop resisting? Which is it?

Or are you not talking about black people?

You do realise he is advocating that kneeling should not be necessary, not that it isn't necessary?

How can you not grasp that?

Given that you introduced him here, what steps do you think should be taken so that Black people no longer feel that nothing is being done to stop people being racist to them?

in your mind, are black's less able?

    you're an actual racist

Did this make sense in some corner of your brain?
Could you go back in there and see if there were some words you forgot to type.

    And answer the question please.

The first club or premier league player or indeed Premier League official, who says “ maybe we’ve done that enough now, can we just get on with playing? “ will be accused of racism. I’m surprised that the Premier League never said... “ok, we will support and do it for one season.”...... that was an oversight... something a bit creepy about this whole BLM fetish now, something almost dictatorial about their behaviors...

again, tell me how blacks are prosecuted.

as i asked, do you think blacks are less able?

    what was the question?

again, tell me how blacks are prosecuted.
I think you meant to say persecuted.
They disproportionally experience violence, often fatal, at the hands of police. That's just one way.

    No
    what was the question?
It's in my post. If you can't find it, try again in the morning.

Do you think black people are treated unfairly in Ireland by police?

There does seem a tendency among the middle class left to infantalise black people which I find offensive.

Treat everyone equally. Be blind to race. Isn’t that better.?

I was specifically referring to false accusations but of course, if someone is not guilty of a crime then they should fight back in the courts.

Fight back does not mean looting.

Funny how violent riots and the incitement thereof is perfectly acceptable when it’s Nancy Pelosi.

    No.

Do you think black people are treated unfairly in America by police?

Please explain this with a couple of examples.

I think being assaulted or killed by someone is a more serious event than being infantalised by someone, or do you disagree?

    Of course I do.

Examples? For instance, having a higher tolerance for bad behaviour because of a persons race or treating someone as less capable of looking after themselves because of their race.

You know, behaving like someone is inferior because they are black. Racism in other words.

Pretty much yes. The US has an extremely fair justice system.

  • Registered Users Posts: 21,683 ✭✭✭✭Tell me how

Pretty much yes. The US has an extremely fair justice system.

    Computer says No.

    From the American Bar Association.
The evidence of differential treatment and injustice in the “justice” system is overwhelming. Because the problems are historically rooted, pervasive, and ongoing, it is even more critical to take action now (and in the future).

Show me examples where you saw this happen within the 'middle class left' as you put it.

I am not going to recount anecdotes for you. This is my perception of reality take it or leave it.

Do you think black on black crime is the number 1 cause of the vast majority of deaths in the black community?

Do you think blm has done anything notable to tackle the root causes of black on black violent crimes?

Their solution is to defund the police.

Rudy and Trump cleaned up New York. They saved a lot of black lives.

No. I suspect its heart disease, cancer, etc.
What do you think it is?
Do you think blm has done anything notable to tackle the root causes of black on black violent crimes?
No. And I dont fault them for that. Why should they have to fix a massive societal issue like that on their own?

Do you think police should treat everyone fairly and equally?
Do you think police use excessive force at times which results in the unfair deaths of people?

    Yeah? What did Trump do?

Does the fact that he was a property developer give you a clue?

A property developer who was sued for not renting to black people genius.

That was his Dad I believe. They settled with no admission of guilt.

Regardless, getting rid of ghettos and slums reduced crime.
