Some clashes, not very socially distant.

It takes a high level of self-delusion to convince yourself that any of this has anything to do with "justice"

I can't think of any other group that uses political grievances as a justification to rob and destroy their own communities

“The man who lies to himself can be more easily offended than anyone else. You know it is sometimes very pleasant to take offense, isn't it? A man may know that nobody has insulted him, but that he has invented the insult for himself, has lied and exaggerated to make it picturesque, has caught at a word and made a mountain out of a molehill--he knows that himself, yet he will be the first to take offense, and will revel in his resentment till he feels great pleasure in it.”- ― Fyodor Dostoevsky, The Brothers Karamazov

Interesting to note the difference of the media coverage that focused on the two black/police incidents in Minnesota. There was another night of serious unrest last night as a result of the most recent shooting of a black man, yet there is little coverage by the likes of CNN of the ongoing events. Has it something to do with who is President at the moment? During the Trump administration when the other incident took place, there was wall to wall coverage by CNN of the demonstrations, many times with their reporters in their black t-shirts embedded with the protestors.

As an aside, local police forces in the US need some sort of Federal-led training as part of their overall induction into police agencies. And if the local communities cannot afford this training, then the US government should pay for it. When you have a police officer claiming that she pulled the wrong weapon in the Minnesota shooting screams that further training and competency requirements is necessary.

The mainstream american media are trying to create a hyper reality. I think reality may win.

It's unclear why these fake racist attacks happens.
You'd think there was enough racism without them.

The superintendent for White Bear Lake Area Schools says racist and threatening messages sent to students of color over social media were a hoax.
The messages triggered a walkout last week at White Bear Lake High School's South Campus.

So go hang out on Parler.

Yes that's the answer. Everyone just go to their own echo chambers for their news. That will help.

The mainstream american media are trying to create a hyper reality. I think reality may win.

I dont know if it will.
I turned on BBC News last night around 1am.
First story up, the Chauvin trial.
Second story up, the shooting of 13 year old boy in Chicago by a white police officer.
Then some Reverend guy was on saying that white people cannot police black people as they are descended from slave traders and black people are descended from slaves.

Real race baiting virtue signalling propaganda.
12 minutes of a 30 minute news bulletin was spent on racial issues.

If people in the media cannot decide whether they are in the business of reporting news or manufacturing propaganda, it is all the more important that the public understand that difference, and choose their news sources accordingly.

They have already decided that. Reporting news does not pay.

You cannot trust any source. The 'mainstream media' shouldn't be trusted anymore than some unofficial media. They might be both lying/biased. In this day and age you really have to go to the original source material [first hand accounts, transcripts, recordings etc] yourself and make your own determination. Sad but true. The various "journalists" and "experts/talking heads" aren't employed by their bosses because the are independent truth tellers. We live in a new age of robber barons, who employ media to tell us we've never been so free. All that said, you have to guard against believing conspiracy theorists who are doing their shtick for free.

I am not really sure though I notice a constant shooting of white people by the police.

reminds me of the Bottler story where he thrwn rice at the couple coming out of the church after their wedding, they were furious because it was the tinned rice.

A belief in gender identity involves a level of faith as there is nothing tangible to prove its existence which, as something divorced from the physical body, is similar to the idea of a soul. - Colette Colfer

The most trusted name in news.

More melodramatic than Days of our Lives.

    BLM works.

A police officer is in jail, a criminal is dead and the leader of BLM has bought multiple houses.

    Perfect.

Oh, you thought this was about racism?

    Nope

Be careful with your comments, that might be seen as racist, we don't want to offended anyone on here.
remember = white man is always guilty no matter. Black man always innocent no matter what

Just accept it, if you don't you're a big scary racist

They want the entire map green, or at least no blue areas.
    Then everything will be good.
