I wouldn't even take notice of positive tests tbh, they might be the ones they missed out on last week just being added to the counter.

Yeah the weekly average seems to be a better indicator.

Yes, my point is that an unenforced requirement for restriction of movement (which explicitly allows for outdoor exercise and shopping anyway) is not enough of a deterrent to make any difference between the two lists. Perhaps the announcement will be accompanied by a tightening of the rules for arrivals from non green list countries

Last 5 Monday Tuesday combos. (Worldometer source denotified removed)

It's the I feel grand we all do with a bit of a cold. These are also people who spend lot of time working outside. If the way the company work is true, it can be contained easily enough.

Explaining the impact the last 4 months has had on healthcare workers, physically and mentally and that many wouldn’t be able for another 4 months like that. Basically a plea to the public to abide by the guidelines for the welfare of those workers.

Looking at your figures, it would seem to suggest that the infected healthcare workers are not infecting the residents in the nursing homes. I think.

Glynn basically confirmed earlier the daily HSE update contains the total number of people in hospital.
11 in hospital today, 8 of which are in ICU.
