Yeah, back to the supreme court again with it so.

Yeah, back to the supreme court again with it so.

Another reason no doubt he wants another lackey to do his bidding on the court asap.

Maybe, just maybe, they won't grant Ceteriorari. The appeals court has ruled against the #IMPOTUS now *twice* and appealing their decision seems without merit.

    Dems need to stay quiet.

Trumpians continue to go wild with their flegs.

How is Melania BTW? Bet she is relieved to be in quarantine from the infected one.

    Mad times!

Trump has tweeted or retweeted about 50 times in 2 hours today. He is really worked up!

Christiane Amanpour interviewed Michael Steele, former chair of the RNC, on her CNN programme about the election in general. The state of play, voting situation, between now and 2016 was covered and he mentioned how up to June Trump was 2% ahead of Biden voter preference-wise. When it came to discussing Trump's behaviour over the past few days and whether the medication Trump was taking was affecting him, Steele was clear about one aspect of it: how he sees the U.S public not knowing where Trump's head is at right now, referring to Trump's mental state. He didn't say he thought differently, just said twice that he was not a doctor. I can well imagine that if Trump sees the interview or reads a transcript, his twitter account will probably go into overdrive. I can't see Mitch enjoying the rest of the evening, what with the Pence/Harris debate starting around 1AM Irish time.

Major typo by me. For DNC, read RNC.

It seems trump is back in the Oval Office because a military solider is standing outside which is the American equivalent of the royal standard flying above buck house when queen Elizabeth is at home. How is this being allowed as unless he’s tested negative twice then he’s wilfully putting people in danger. He says he feels fine but of course he feels fine as he’s hoped up on goofballs and is circling the airport. What happens when they wears off ?

He's still at it posting every couple of minutes. A fair bit of conspiracy in there too. Surely his account will be suspended again this evening.

Who says no to the mad king?

If Biden wins plus democrats control the house and senate they need to put is several safeguards to stop a Trump like character from acting this wildly.

He's on a cocktail of drugs including a steroid called dexamethasone which is known to cause elation.

Having said that, I'd expect Trump being in the Oval Office is just so he can release another set of pictures or pre-recorded video.

More impressions of being well, though I won't believe it for a second until he does a live interview

He appears to have gone quiet and no sight of him since the chopper.

Most experts agreed that if he's worsening Thursday Friday would be when it goes that way.

There is a guard posted outside the Oval Office now, so that usually means the president is working, or in this case, "working".

Well, maybe he had Covid long before they thought he had it. But if he did, then either their testing system is faulty or they were guilty of gross and criminal negligence by letting him go on a stage with Biden for the debate.

They cannot help by lie. Kudlow said Trump went to the Oval office yesterday and Meadows said he didn't.

I guess to avert the screams of 'TDS' I'll say that I hope the treatment Trump is making free here really does work

Noticeable jump cut at 1:50 mid sentence. Also the bad orange man is noticeably more orange than he's ever been.

Is he talking fully through his nose. It sounds like he's talking through his nose.

The jump cut and his gasping for air while breathing if very noticeable.

It isn't a cure, it seems like it helps some people but he took a whole cocktail of drugs (and likely a lot more that we haven't been told about). The whole thing is his latest run at wishing the virus away with a quick fix. They've barely used the drug outside of clinical trials, there is no way it is scaled up to be widely distributed, forget about free.

He doesn't even know the name of the drug he took, he keeps naming the company rather than the drug. Might as well be saying I took a good dose of Bristol-Myers Squibb.

It's impossible to know what state Trump is truly in, but I can't think it's as good as it's being made out. That's not to say I think he's secretly at death's door, but we all know that Trump would love to be out there in some way, holding court at a press conference or rally bragging about how he beat the disease, but all we're getting so far is tweets and little video messages. He could cite safety concerns around spreading the virus but a big part of his messaging of late has centred around not letting the virus control us (plus he could also do appearances behind plexiglass or some such).

He is clearly still very sick. I feel out of breath just watching him try to breathe.

That's an improvement on where he normally talks through :)

President Trump's latest revelation, that he was blessed with the virus by God, has to be political chancer-ism, like holding the bible aloft at the church by Lafayette Park. How that will be taken by the Christian religious in belief in the U.S, that Trump has caught not alone the virus but God as well could be important to see. Silence would mean they know he's not serious. I'd be worried if they took him at his word [not in him needing biblical judgement] but a man spreading the good word.

Many of them think that Trump himself was sent down by God, so his claim that he was given the virus by God, is just another sign of how special he actually is.

Much like Jesus defeating death, Trump has defeated the anti-Christian Chinese virus sent as a plague to cast out the sinners.

    Or something along those lines.

To quote Jeff Daniels in episode one of The Newsroom:

"The USA leads the world in only 3 things, the number of citizens incarcerated per capita, the number of adults who think angels are real, and defense spending where we spend more than the next 26 countries combined, 25 of whom are allies"

There are alot of americans who would believe that Donald was put on this earth by God, and will relax with a 'God moves in mysterious ways" trope.

Watching last nights debate, Pence took some of his debating technique from Trump. Interrupting Harris, talking over the moderator.

Like when he sent a plague of locusts.

It's just remarkable how he always manages to pick the most obnoxious, most crass, most ignorant, most incompetent, most inconsiderate, most lazy, most careless, most reckless, most feckless, most stupid course of action at *EVERY* turn. It's kind of a superpower.

Even unintentionally the biggest eejit would do the right thing, or something respectable, appropriate, or considerate the odd time.

Not once has he managed it.

    Incredible.
There was a good post on reddit this morning outlining that this is all that Trump knows. He picks the most grandiose, most threatening course of action, with no regard to how likely it is to be successful.

Far from "4D chess", he's actually playing 1D chess. The only move he knows how to do is to use his Queen to attack the other player's pawns, and as a result he keeps losing.

And while these moves might work on a city planning department or a company board or a creditor suing for breach of contract, they don't work in politics.

TBF to Trump, they have worked remarkably well in politics to date.
