Anyone keeping up with whats happening with Kellyanne Conways 15 year old daughter Claudia? Firstly her mother originally lied about having a positive test and it turns out now she's infected Claudia.

Yesterday Claudia posted stuff on tiktok saying she was having issues breathing and some pretty concerning readings off a home use SATS reader yet Kellyanne said if she called an ambulance she wouldnt take her to hospital and would ground her if she called an ambulance.

A couple of medical folks in the reddit thread confirmed if the SATS were real she should be in hospital however even if an ambulamce came Kellyamne as a parent can refuse treatment cus Murica.

I would also say it's a shining insight into the cognitive dissonance displayed by KAC and the likes of trump's inner circle.
What kind of mother would refuse to bring their daughter to hospital when their blood oxygen levels are extremely bad?
What kind of mother would willingly infect their family by not telling them of their positive status?

And if it turns out that she is actually seriously ill with Coronavirus and this is made worse by her parents refusing to let her go to hospital, then it will be quite sad.

In fairness, there's signs of Conway being an abusive parent and if this turns out to be true, she's putting her daughter's life at risk. The daughter has nothing to do with the mother's behaviour, it's pretty tragic as a situation.

She's a teen from a disfunctional household. I don't see a lot of privilege in her life at the moment, there is more to life than social status and money, though her mother doesn't seem to be aware of that.

It's pretty clear that avoiding admitting anything which is politically damning to Trump is the most important thing to some of these people, even if it means keeping your daughter out of hospital when she has a deadly virus.

No doubt that KAC would have still hid her diagnosis if she wasn't outed on social media.

What does it say about the Police in US when they are all endorsing Trump. Of course it's another win for the Democrats that they do, considering the protests there about the police. You'll have the millions of young new voters voicing their opinion with a vote rather than a protest.

This is a Union speaking on behalf of police, that does not automatically mean all the members agree (though they might of course). However a bit of quick googling shows far more evidence that police organisations are endorsing Trump than Biden.

Biden might be able to roll out some former this and that of police, but Trump seems to have most of the backing. But it suits Biden that the Police and Trump are one and the same.

I agree with what you're saying but it's a dangerous way to put it IMO. We'll maybe not on an Irish message forum.

But thinking that all police and military are on one side can only entrench the sides. The police are traditionally more conservative in the US and any police institutions are probably very conservative. Of course they are old institutions you're dealing with.

There are 700k police in America. That's a massively diverse group.

I'm not having a go or anything. I just think that placing groups of people on opposing sides is why things are so divided in the US.

The suspicions are now that the reason the white house wont say when his last negative test was and why they showed up late for the debate to miss the testing is because he was already positive but asymptomatic.

It is suspicion, so nothing to back it up.

Apart from Trump turning up late, for no reason btw, so avoiding a test.

The constant refusal to state when he last tested negative. The timeliness of the visit to hospital and how certain they are that he has passed the worst.

But that is the problem when you lie so much that nobody has any credibility in what is being said. It leads to suspicions
