Why dog whistle a group that would vote for you 100% of the time anyway?

Because the whole identity of qanon is wrapped up in the idea of trump being a secret agent whose purpose is to take down the NWO pedophile satanists ie the democrats, every time he dog whistles to them it confirms their belief that he is what they believe cus he has to talk in code to them or some other magical thinking bullsh1t.

Because his entire election strategy is tied to getting every single last one of them to vote.

He can't win any new voters so he has to wring every last drop out of the ones he has and allow his GOP cronies at State level and in the courts to suppress and frustrate as much of the other voters as possible.

Anyone know what happens to all these early voting ballots? I'd say anything could happen to them during the next three weeks in 'storage'.

The republicans have already been caught stealing them by placing fake drop off boxes in California

Its a sore thing for the U.S that the one person the U.S should be depending on to be the good role model for it's future is the man pushing it's Pharma Co's to releasing their unproven anti-viral drugs for sale to the public before the Co's have proved to the FDA and themselves that the drugs will rescue the U.S from the virus, for the dual purpose of saving the markets and his future chance of re-election. It's a good thing for the U.S that the FDA and the Co's are resisting him, even if it's because they have historical legal reason for their caution, and not because they simply don't approve of him as a candidate.

Trump didn't want to say whether it was true or false that the Democrats are a cult of satanist pedophiles? This happened?

A sizeable number of Trump surrogates and supporters are again complaining about the moderator and the questions last night. Just like the debate, the questions are so soft ball and basic that most children would be able to answer them quickly and succinctly. Between that and being unable to discuss policy beyond a one line headline or saying 'we'll be releasing something', I don't get why they want him on TV.

So the Ratings obsessed president must be feeling a bit overwhelmed today.
Poor diddums may need a security blanket after seeing he was down on Biden's viewership by over 3 million! :pac:
    https://edition.cnn.com/2020/10/16/media/town-hall-ratings-biden-trump/index.html
Joe Biden's town hall on ABC averaged 13.9 million viewers on Thursday night, easily surpassing the Nielsen ratings for President Trump's town hall on NBC. That alone was a result virtually no one in the TV business expected. And that's not even the most surprising part.

The Trump town hall was simulcast by two of NBC's cable channels, MSNBC and CNBC, but even when those channels are included in the total, Biden -- on only one network -- still prevailed.
The Trump town hall averaged 10.6 million viewers on the NBC broadcast network.

Another "oh dear" moment for Don Snr and Rudy. Caroline Rose Giuliani, Rudy's daughter, has endorsed Joe Biden in an essay for Vanity Fair. Caroline has a history of taking the opposite angle to Rudy, endorsing Hillary in 2016 and voting for Barack Obama in 2012.

Read her piece yesterday, god knows how she came out of that upbrining in an any way normal state.

The icing on the cake is id say Rudy is frothing about how much discussion her article is creating.

Interesting as its a moribund entity now, the U.S Federal Election Commission board is supposed to monitor U.S election rules to ensure things are done within the law where it comes to funding of campaigns and prevent dual membership of campaign boards and outside influencer groups. The FEC board is allowed by law to have 6 members and needs at least a quorum of 4 to sit and rule on finance campaign funding issues. However it has only had 3 members between Aug 2019 and June 2020 when Don Trumps republican nominee Trey Trainor was appointed by the senate bringing its number up to 4. Caroline Hunter, another republican member of the board resigned the following month July 2020 reducing the membership to 3. The board members [with a maximum under law of 3 from any one party] are all appointed by the sitting president.

According to a joint Business Insider- MSN news report, there has been a complaint case before the commission since June 2016 presented by a watchdog group, the Campaign Legal Centre, about how the Trump 2016 campaign was involved with a SuperPac [Make America No 1] funded by Robert Mercer through coordinated communications as the Trump campaign and the Mercer SPac were both using the Cambridge Analytica firm via coordinated communications from Steve Bannon and Kelly Ann Conway, members of Trumps campaign. However, the complaint has gone nowhere due to the unfortunate lack of sufficient republican party members on the bipartisan FEC board.

The Mercer SuperPac was originally set up to support Ted Cruz run for the presidency before he quit from the race and CAC, who ran his campaign, then joined the Trump campaign. The SPac also reportedly ran under another title, Defeat Crooked Hillary PAC.

    https://www.msn.com/en-ie/news/politics/watchdog-claims-trump-campaign-illegally-coordinated-with-a-super-pac-in-2016-through-its-work-with-cambridge-analytica/ar-BB1a6YHq?ocid=msedgntp

It was interesting reading the report connecting Cambridge Analytica with the Trump campaign as one of RTE's radio programme's earlier today coincidentally had an interview with a woman who worked with a Rights group before joining Cambridge Analytica in an operation involving looking at a load [400,000] of F/B customers communications, cookies preferences, presumably for Cambridge Analytica to get a handle on the F/B customers likes and dislikes and how the data could be useful to Cambridge Analytica clients. The RTE interviewee said she left the C/A job when she became aware of the cross-connection between C/A and the Trump campaign.

I’d say he’s not even aware, he’s in his own mental delusion.

I know she probably didn’t write it herself, but the contrast between the humanistic, measured approach taken by Melania and the hysterical, confrontational, self-aggrandising approach taken by her husband in relation to his experience with COVID-19 is quite stark. https://www.whitehouse.gov/articles/first-lady-melania-trump-personal-experience-covid-19/

I don’t follow trump on Twitter but I do follow people who quote his tweets and I’ve only seen a few today and the all caps thing is still happening and it’s just ramblings that have no basis in fact.

I see the passengers on the trump train are creating distance between themselves and trump. Senator Ben sasse is on tape just saying what’s been reported for the past few years about amongst other things how trump talks about evangelicals behind their backs etc.

Gen Kelly has let it be known but won't say it publicly that, Trump is the most flawed character he has ever met.

Watching Trump listening to his supporters today on their chants of "lock her up" referring to the Gov of Michigan and replying "lock them up" makes it plain that he is simply intent on rousing an unlawful assembly now. The time will come when he will have to pay the piper in the U.S.

    A portrait in courage.

Oh no sorry, the opposite of that.

Yeah, really odd. These people that have given the entire lives to protect the US, and commanded soldiers into situations where they literally gave their lives, when faced with a threat to the US, according to themselves, lack the courage to actually stand up and fight for the US.

If he believes what is being said he believes, he should stand up and tell everyone about it.

Surely at this stage any undecided voter must realize that Trump is a beaten docket when all he can promise people during a pandemic that is getting worse is to "Lock Gov. Gretchen Whitmer up" Sure he is playing to his audience but this time around he needs those undecided voters who for their own reasons gave him the benefit of doubt the last time. I saw the first part of the series that the BBC aired last week his behaviour is getting worse if anything.

I'm opined that he may have gone past the "playing to the audience" point at this point in time to "playing the audience" now. He spoke "lock them up" going multiple. I think he's not speaking to undecided voters when he used those three words but he's canny enough still to not go beyond the three words so his representatives can say, on the basis of plausible deniability, that he wasn't urging people to target specific public servants or other people for unlawful arrest.

The trump campaign has tweeted that she is encouraging people to assassinate him? Is that real? The actual campaign is making this claim and that has been allowed?

Jesus Christ the election can't come quick enough.

She's not calling for an assassination though, that's utter madness.

Trumps meant to be a sophisticated New Yorker who went to all the cool clubs etc (not drinking or taking anything, of course) - he'd be fully aware that 86'd just meant being thrown out.

Distraction from his failures is the only game in town for him now so free publicity is worth its weight in gold to him. The GOP itself doesn't mean squat to him now.

    Full phrase is 86 45 11 03 2020

It's not a call to violence it's a call to vote, they know that though and are scraping the barrel. At this point they need the outrage clicks.

If they said 187 45, Trump might have a point. As usual he is accusing someone of something he is doing to them.
