Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Fair enough. Nutty old Kierkegaard it is. He's my favourite anyway, Grem.

    Thanks Grem !
Since I drink mine when it looks like red lemonade , two dips of the teabag should suffice :pac: (shoot me now!)

    Cold in work tonight ?

That's grand, i'll add that teabag to me own brew for added strength

Think i might just be overtired rather than it being cold out

It's awful when that happens and no matter how much you layer up it doesn't make much difference .
Tea though always helps warm up from the inside out :)

6 x 12 hour shifts catches up on you though, you've no time for yourself in that kind of schedule.

Negative covid test so surgery in the morning. Test swab from nose only. Rather unpleasant sensation which lasted about 30 mins after, but bearable.
So delighted to be getting surgery for an injury and getting back to normal life in a few weeks. Postponed since March so not too long of a delay.
Should be sleeping but can't seem to manage.
Due in hospital at 9am and will be in overnight.

I had either three or four 12hr shifts with 20 mins for passdown. It alternated. Would do a month of nights a month of days, although if you got transferred for a month for training it could suck (happened to me once). Doing the three day weeks was perfect. My biggest problem was the two hours of commuting a day.

The travel does add to it, of course with covid it's been much more free flowing until recently

So I’m now aboard a lovely B777-300 aircraft, got busy cleaning my business class seat with Dettol wipes only to realise that I was one row behind my assigned seat, so moved seat and repeated the cleaning process. Then we got offered seats in the First Class suites, so cleaning again 😀😀😀

Time to change my job title from hotel room bum to aircraft cleaner 😀

Fell asleep at 1, woke at 6, I usually sleep like a baby! I have towels coming today from Argos though so this pleases me, it's the little things :D oh and I'm finally getting a bedsheet too, the luxury of it all :p

I hope all goes well with your surgery Willow.
