Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Do you eat gold by any chance?

I got out for a walk earlier, it really was a lovely day. Dinner soon then sitting on my arse for the night.

Gorgeous evening, met my friend for a coffee after work picked up lovely dinner things and did a gorgeous 10k step walk and then ruined it all by coming home and ordering chipper takeaway...ffs I didn't even enjoy it due to guilty feelings.

Ohhh that's makes sense now, Hahaha sorry :o

Deskside with a chomp bar and a cupan tae, I took nice pictures when I was down the park today and if you're all lucky................I might post them later ;) one of them is of a ginger cat 😸 who always has a cross face on them 😾 :3

You're drinking tea talking about cool cats? How very odd 🀪ðŸ˜

Just ordered Chinese food for the second time this week. I could drink the curry sauce like its coffee. I don't even need the rice! Feel gross afterwards but feel pretty gross at the moment anyway so might as well double down!

Thrown on the couch.. Listening to some random online radio station - German I think, playing 90s hits.

Feeling maudlin... Life seemed so much easier back then. Only thing bothering me then was if I'd get the shift and have the price of a few pints.

Dont want to be a grown up anymore!!

I see Ted's about to get the wooden spoon!

Couchside, drinking tea, waiting for Sephs pics.

It's getting dark so early. Feck all light on our walk this evening. Gorgeous though all the same. Lovely crescent moon but couldn't capture it properly in a picture. Didn't stop me trying though!

Traffic side. I hope all here are hanging in there.
I still haven't found my positivity hat but I am armed with vaccine articles to give me hope. And sure isn't that all we need, a bit of hope :)

I have learned to take in small positive moments to keep me sane. From listening to the bird songs in the early mornings. And star gazing at night when the clouds are gone. Find the small joys to keep you going, that is what matters IMO.

I hope things improve for you.

    Bedside, absolutely wrecked

Busy day tomorrow, a hospital appointment and usual meeting with PA

I saw a clip of emmerdale there recently, where one of the characters was hearing voices, its amazing how similar it is to my experience of hearing voices

I only have one question for you...

...did you buy any chocolate cookies?
I did, actually, and I very rarely buy cookies (but if I do, they're always chocolate.) :D
Holy moly, champagne and caviar or a long campaign or?.
Do you eat gold by any chance?
Yes, a long campaign of eating gold. Ah, some of what I got will last a good while.

Question: When eating caviar, do you just put the gold leaf on top or do you also have some under the caviar too?

Anyway, at the moment I'm in work listening to Crystal Castles, so I'm annoying anyone who dares to enter my realm. :D

Rather shocked that the whole of Ireland has gone into lockdown.

Just hit my 30th day in this hotel and we have had all our days off cancelled so no real idea as to when I shall get back to see the mutt and missus.

Back to the power of positive thinking.

I’m confused, did John Rambo die this time or will he be making about movie when he is 80? (Rambo - Last Blood)

We should have had him fighting COVID.

Just home after having Covid test no. 6 done (trying desperately and probably in vain to catch up with smurfjed). Fairly sure I'm just expiring a rarer side effect of a chronic illness I have, but because it overlaps with a major Covid symptom I'm obviously erring on the side of caution. Luckily, I have a pile of essay to mark and a second, much more attractive pile of new library books to read, so plenty to keep my mind occupied!

I am in the office but the commute was as long as ever this morning. Must be lots of school runs and construction workers on my commute.

On the plus side - am on holidays next week. A vacation within 5km of my home....the opportunities are (not) endless.

You can travel for purposes of farming and food production. Mind you at this stage whatever you think yourself.

I am in werk werk werk. I'm not actually working though. Instead I am day dreaming and considering a little snoozypoo.
