This has come up before. I never liked saying 'ride' when I was first on bikes because the word had another meaning, and so 'Drive' stuck and I never switched.

Couchside at home, tired and getting ready to head off to bed.

Phoned my two sisters to break the news of our cousin’s terminal illness - both were upset, but not shocked as, like I mentioned before, she had major health problems nearly all her life. I popped out at lunchtime to light a candle for Claire, although I’m not a religious person, I like the gesture and meaning of lighting a candle.

Thanks again for all the kind words of empathy and support. We really are getting to be a family of sorts, a pretty close-knit bunch.
