No fast broadband in Dublin City Centre

Looking for some advice in relation to an issue I'm facing.

I'm moving apartments to Jervis Street in Dublin. I'm currently a Virgin customer on their 320Mb plan and it looks like they don't have broadband available at the new address. Other providers can only offer 17Mb (what a joke!).

It looks like there are cabinets around the building where the apartment is, and other properties seem to be getting fast broadband upon checking Virgin's availability page.

Does anyone what could be causing this? Fibrerollout also shows the area as being well covered and I'm surprised properties in Dublin City Centre are not getting good broadband.

I'm lost and don't know what to do as I can't expect to be able to work remotely with such speeds.

Apartment is direct fed to an exchange. Unlikely to change anytime soon. Next step is FTTH but the reworks required for that with how useless OMCs are....
