I have a 3 bedroom timber frame mid terrace house. It has been wrecked by my dog for the past 10 years. I know it’s my fault not the dogs. I want to do a complete refurb. Maybe take out 2 walls to make Downstairs open plan. Remove 2 radiators. All floors need replacing Any ideas of cost ? Upstairs needs new floors but no…
