Lopez attempted to defend himself, telling the East Oregonian that he 'never meant to mislead' the public or even file a police report.

He claims he only wished to use the letter as a way to talk about racism in the county with the police.

'I never meant to file a report, it just kind of spiraled out,' he said.

Bubba Wallace doesn’t deserve to be lumped in with the other 2: they manufactured their outrages from the ground up. Wallace’s pit crew found the noose, and upon investigation it was the only garage in the facility with a rope like it. You suggest like he went out of his way to plant it. He has nothing to apologize for.
