Best internet roaming in Northern Ireland with Irish network?

Going to NI for few days and I know from my previous experience I wouldn't be able to use mobile internet on my Tesco Mobile Ireland SIM there (roaming).
So I want to use my spare phone with some other network.
I see there is half price for prepaid plans in Three (https://www.three.ie/) and I appreciate if anyone can confirm it works good on roaming in NI (internet). Or if you have any other suggestion it will be appreciated too - I considered buying SIM there, but I couldn't use it when back in Republic.

Tesco should allow you roam up there like all other networks.

Calls/TXT works fine but no mobile internet any time I was in NI/UK before. Checked on two SIMs/android telephones and seems like not only my issue (and I know how to set it up on android):

Will see how Irish Three works there.
