Hooply / remote roller door lock access

The kids locked the remote for our roller door in the shed. The side access has a Hooply lock I have a key for it and it opens fully but that thumb turn lock is turned I think and is a separate single locking point. Are locksmiths able to open remote roller doors? Thanks for the advice.
