    Is anyone in a business that uses transcription services?
    I'm in the early stages of setting up a transcription company. What business are you in that requires transcription ie (legal, medical etc.)

    What company do you currently use or do you use a particular agency.

    I use either Rev.com for manual (high quality) or otter.ai for automated (lower quality but cheaper). Both are going to be very difficult to compete with, particularly at the low end.

    If I was you, I'd be looking at the top end, high quality transcription of business, legal or medical (like you are probably doing). How you proceed depends on how much you want to scale it.
