Burn mark on vinyl floor covering

Bucket with hot ashes left for a moment on kitchen floor left a burn/scorch mark about 3cm x 1.5 cm. Its mostly brown in colour and I tried to 'bleach' away the brown with household bleach. The surface is scored to a depth of a mm or two. Would I have to re-cover floor, cut it out and patch replace or try other repair? The…

The damage is about 40 cm from two walls and the vinyl was laid as a single sheet
