No Claims Bonus query

    Just changed motor insurers and while sorting out documentation noticed on my no claims discount Cert from my previous insurere that it says "The actual number of years without a claim occurring on this policy is 3 years" But this is totally wrong, i haven ever had a claim and on my new insurance application i ticked the 9+ years for NCB. Im at a bit of a loss here, how do i go about sorting this? :confused::confused:

    btw my NCD discount on the old policy was 75%, that doesnt make sense either

    The actual number of years on THIS policy is three years.


    That suggests you were with THIS insurer for the last three years, the balance is with a different one?
