Withdrawl from deposit account

    Hi,

    I have put in a request for a witrhdrawl from my deposit account yesterday morning.
    But as of this morning, its still not been processed 

    Any idea why this might not be happening ?

    Hi There,

    Thanks for checking this with us this morning. 

    With the majority of our regular deposit accounts, funds take 1 business day and we would expect this in your account by 10pm this evening. 

    With any notice accounts it will appear in the current account after the notice time frame attached to the account. 

    If you would like to check further on this, you can login www.365online.com select Service Desk/ Ask a Question and a colleague can certainly help you.
