    There was a standing order supposed to leave my account this morning and it hasn't been taken yet. Will it go tomorrow? If it goes tomorrow will the frequency date be changed?

    Generally a Standing Order payment would go out on the same day or date each week/fortnight/month provided that you haven’t made any amendments to this or placed a hold on this payment. 

    We’d recommend that you’d contact our Customer Service Desk directly by logging on to www.365Online.com and select the options ‘Service Desk’ > ‘Ask a Question’ or by calling 0818 365 365 and an Advisor would certainly be more than happy to look into this for you further.
