Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi all. Perhaps someone in the know might shed some light on this - but how far away are we from gigabit speeds with the nation's biggest cable broadband provider?
They were one of the best in terms of speed - but have lots their way and are now lagging behind Siro for that.
Tried getting Siro, but no luck :(

Some (maybe most) areas are capable already.

Most users can't leverage gigabit. If you sell a 360Mb package and an iPad can do 300Mb the complaints are probably pretty low. When you start selling 1000Mb and the same iPad can only manage 300Mb then everyones on the phone to support complaining. I anticipate we'll see two or three "Free" speed increases followed by price hikes to get up to 1G. Or they'll soft launch 1G as a premium offering.
