Quick question - Bought a phone and Insurance from lenovo.com - who to complain to?

    So I bought a phone and accidental damage insurance from lenovo (a Chinese company), it was shipped from europe.

    To make a long story short they're doing everything to avoid fixing my phone, what agency do I contact over this?
