    Hi guys

    I’m based down in Wexford and live in a semi detached house.
    Have gotten plans drawn up for a 2 story extension out to the side and out the back.this is going to include rebuilding an existing garage and utility room that previous owners built. It’s working out at 45m2 over the two floors.
    Not looking for a crazy high finish. Does anyone have a ball park on prices in Wexford to build per m2?
    Just trying to get an idea before we make decision to put in for planning

    Depending on turnkey or self build as contractor , min 1500 to 2k per square mtr.

    DIY if time / capability is no issue 700 to 1350 sq mtr
