    Hi,
    I ordered a baby item 3 weeks ago from thebabystore.ie . Money was taken and i received an email order confirmation.
    Two weeks later i realised i hadn't received the item and called them. The phone number is a dead end and asks you to send them an email.
    Several emails sent, no response.
    Sent them several messages on their Faceboook page and no response.
    Went to a last resort and actually drove up to their store location on Google maps in Carrickmines D18.
    Drove down a laneway and spoke to one of the locals and they said that company has never existed there.

    Absolute shambles.
    Be very wary of this company.
    I'm going to go down the chargeback route with my bank.

    Update.
    Vendor has confirmed their email servers were down and have issued a refund.
