my spc connect was working fine.
it was on older version as far as I remember (installed 3 years back)
    suddenly spc connect went offline.
it is connected via a power line adapter
i checked powerline and its working fine for internet.

on the web page panel, it was saying initializing
on the keypad at the door it is saying spc connect offline.

i switched off the power and restarted panel.
    but no luck so far.
i dont know the ipaddress so i cant check it internally in the network.

Download an app called Fing on your phone (or an ip scanning tool on a laptop) and be connected on the same network your panel is on.
Scan and you'll find the lan ip for it in the list.
Fing is good as it will identify it a Europlex Technologies SPC

On a browser go to http://w.x.y.z:443
You'll need your engineer login and password.

    thanks found it on 192.168.0.242
but on a browser nothing is coming up. no webpage opening up.
how do we restart the panel without access?
i powered off the MCB for alarm but on the alarm box circuit board i could still see few lights blinking.

    one step ahead now..
now when i try to add the panel as i had already removed it, i get this error
Error: Failed to Verify the Username and Password with the Panel.
i am entering the panel id, username - i tried a few, pin - the pin which i use to alarm set or unset.
    is this correct?
