any one recommend some running shoes. Only doing 5 to 10 km runs 3 to 5 tines a week. Started on 20th June and sole is pretty much gone in runners already . Bought them on the 19th of June. At most I have 130 km in the month. Sole is pretty much worn through on both runners already. Currently wearing Brooks ghost 12. Any…

I suggest you contact Brooks about your Ghosts as you should get more than 130km out of them.

It's very hard to recommend runners. It's very individual. It's worth visiting a good sports shop at least once to get individual advice.
