    Passed the EO and AO tests no problem in previous years. Somehow failed verbal reasoning this year.
    Not to be I guess, best of luck everyone.

    I hadn't even thought of that. Now I'm a bit more ticked off with failing it! :pac: At least I saw what it was like for next time but yeah you're right kinda defeats the point of that.. It's always subjective between trying to guess what answers you think they want and you're actual personality. It's easy to overthink too. Probably just an algorithm at the end of the day! ha

    I don't feel so bad now that so many of us are in the same boat. Wonder what % got through. If it's lower than previous competitions plus if enough people give feedback via survey they may have to change it in future.

    I would have thought that there would be some sort of algorithm that would recognise that people are not selecting obviously good traits only for the sake of it and are showing an ability to be honest and self reflect.

    Apparently not for my case (Or maybe Im just bitter :D)

    I’m a bit disappointed especially when I scored so well for the verbal and the questionnaire : ( it’s a pity you can’t transfer your surplus!

    As above. It will take time to get around to everyone, I'd imagine it's in batches, mdybe based on surname or the date when you complete the test. Some did the stage 2 at last moment
