    Dont know the numbers, but entirely possible that multiples of people did this competition this year compared to previous years.

    In the 170's for my first choice, which is a small county, so as good as failing really as only 2 locations really that would be taking EO's.

    Didn't realise you are not placed in your second choice as a result, would have switched my preferences in that case as like to be more places there but probably much of a muchness really as that county would have more people applying for it.
