Hi Guys, I'm thinking of buying a 2 bed ground floor apartment in Courthouse apartments Rathcoole. Does anyone have experience with these? Anti social behaviour, neighbours , thin walls, general vibe and safety of place. Would really appreciate your feedback Thanks a million
