Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What Floor Underlay is This?

Can anyone please help me identify this near black rubber type underlay stuck under my 3rd floor laminate flooring?

I am replacing the flooring and the underlay was not laid down under the tiles and built in wardrobes. As it is stuck down, it looks like a nasty job to remove it. So I'd prefer to get something the same/similar and lay it down in the 5 m2 or so space. I guess if it's the same thickness it'll be grand?

This is soundproof/sound absorbing underlay installed by the builders. I'd say you cant take it up. No need to anyway. Buy an extra roll and glue it down. Flooring companies can point you in the right direction.
