    Not sure how far you are from Ballyduff but Buds cafe and resource centre there cook meals daily and deliver to the houses of elderly and other people as needed each day for I believe around €6 per meal. Perhaps a similar organization offering this service is based in other towns or villages closer to where your two people live?
