    Anyone done this?

    Day 1: Eat between your basal metabolic rate calories and maintenance.
    Day 2: Eat no more than 500 calories, ideally aim to eat nothing and drink water/black coffee.

    Then alternate day 1 and 2 ad infinitum until goal weight.

    I'm giving this a go and will update with my progress on 25th Aug 2020.

    Time to shed the lockdown pounds before college starts again

    Probably going to lose more muscle than you would by just eating in a small deficit every day.
