Positive and uplifting ad from Biden campaign. Airing during the RNC, the viewers will need a break from all the doom and fear mongering.

Hopefully will restore funding to the WHO also. He will be busy clearing up Trump's mess.

Positive and uplifting ad from Biden campaign.

Standard fare, nothing more. Nobody ever said the democrats weren't good at talking a good game, in fact they are masters at it, but just like when their leftie foot soldiers spout the same progressive waffle, it's fake, meaningless, they're just saying what they know their base want to hear. With regards to the race angle within the ad, sure they've been using the black community to get votes for decades. Looking as if they were giving them a hand up but simultaneously they had a foot on their shoulders. It's about actions not words. Trump does what needs to be done, Biden won't. They talk about unity but these people have stoked racism all along. Race baiting is what the democrats and liberals do best. You want to see what they really think of black people, just watch how they react when a black person dares to be conservative.

This is encapsulated by the fact that Bill Clinton and Trump have associated with Jeffrey Epstein. In a Trump supporter's mind, only one of these is worthy of criticism for that, and no prizes for guessing which.

There is a huge difference between Trumps and Clinton's relationship with Epstein. Trump would inevitably have met him given the elite circle he is part of. Clinton on the other hand traveled extensively onboard the "Lolita Express" and had an unhealthy fascination with Little St. James. The two relationships with Epstein are not comparable.

People like Trump and Clinton will always have sex allegations against them because of the amount of money they have. Any allegations against Trump are clearly financially motivated. Read the allegations yourself if your feeling up to it, they are like something from a novel, completely ridiculous. The problem for Clinton is that he has a sordid past of abusing his power for sexual gratification (Jones, Lewenski etc etc) therefore, allegations against him are going to seem more credible.

Just for the record, this is just all speculation on my part.

Don't understand the thinking behind this pushing of the "Biden will pull out of the debates" narrative. Saying it over and over won't make it happen.

I don't think Biden did himself any favors by refusing to have the extra debate that Trump requested. He really should have show his confidence by taking him on an extra time. Instead he showed weakness.

The Democrats seem to be beginning to get frustrated with Biden. He needs to own this presidential bid on step up front and centre.

I'm not saying Trump will "win" the debates technically, but if he goes up against Biden it will be a complete evisceration. Trump will easily come out looking like the winner. His "debating" tactics worked against Hillary and they will be even more effective against Joe. It would be a bloodbath. I'd love to see it happen but I seriously believe it wont, the democrats will not allow Joe to debate Trump. Joe is just not strong enough for him. The democratic candidate will change before the debates.

Team Trump accept the nomination together at the RNC. A massive (socially distanced) crowd cheered them on with chants of "four more years, four more years!" Melania wore green, a symbol of hope & the Presidents speech was full of hope for the future.

"will not allow Joe to debate Trump"

There's been an awful lot of this nonsense for an awful long time in here. There's literally no evidence whatsoever to back up Joe Biden having lost sense of his faculties, or that there's a serious plan to replace him because Democrats are "terrified" of Biden debating Trump. How is Biden not "strong enough" in your view, Kidchameleon?

Trumps speech at the White House was flat and very low energy.

Just to be clear, there is nowhere in my post where I suggested Joe was losing his faculties.

It is more so that Trump is too strong for him. Trump will do his usual going off in tangents, insulting Joe and looking like he is coming out on top. No matter how ready Joe is with facts, no matter how "presidential" Joe looks, the average American will see Trump as the winner.

Yes, there is no evidence that the democrats will replace him, I simply strongly suspect its going to happen.

Unlike Joe's acceptance speech which could easily have been (nobody else in the room etc.) Trumps acceptance speech was attended by a large crowd, had fireworks displays, musical performances. I encourage you to watch the video and see for yourself.

I really don't get this narrative that if you elect Joe Biden, you'll get all this violence and rioting in every city in the country. Surely the exact opposite is the case.

Since the minute he's been elected, DT has done nothing but sow the seeds of division and hate. He has done nothing to unite people or show any compassion for people of differing views to try and bring them along with his vision of America. This disenfranchisement has culminated in his opponents taking to the streets which has resulted in violence.

Another 4 years of this policy and the riots on the streets of the US is only going to get worse, not better.

These people on the streets rioting are not Biden supporters, rather they're Trump haters. Some might say what's the difference, but I think there is a difference.

Actually, to be fair to him, the fact that DT is managing to deflect the responsibility for the riots on his opponent is no mean feat and shows a real talent IMO. The fact that the democrat leadership is so weak and disjointed also helps I suppose

The people on the streets rioting in America at the moment are violent anti-intellectual low lifes. They have no class. They are hysterical and criminal fools. Defacing public property. Invading shops. Forcing people via mob rule to raise their fists to support "BLM". Pillaging and looting under the guise of a "rights" movement. And the Democrats have been soft on them. Right from the Summer of Love crap. Pictures from public plazas in the US now look disgraceful. These people are within the Democrats electorate. If Republican allied mobs were doing what the supposed left are doing now people would be rightly horrified.

Spend 7 minutes listening to this guy speak on it. I am with him. These rioters and their global supporters are classless purposeless idiots.

So it's your view that social justice protests since as far back as (at least) 1967 are unjustified?

What do you think of Martin Luther King Jr. and the civil rights movement, Gruffalox?

It wasn't socially distanced based on these images, what you've described is incredibly inappropriate behaviour during a global pandemic. It's not a time to be celebrating.

    As you've been corrected before...

Did not see speech. Will not be seeing speech. Don't know who the person you refer to as a robot dressed like porn star is or what they were wearing.
BUT I am presuming it is a WOMAN you are refering to - and sounding very much like a disparaging priest while refering to her. In other areas you are probably a feminist ally who says I believe her, but when it comes to a political divide you will call out a woman on the wrong team as bad as any slack-jawed redneck misogynist would.

Oh I see. That is the level I am dealing with.

For what it is worth Melania is gorgeous, and seems sweet. She generally looks fantastic. She has come in for constant marauding by the left leaning side of things for everything from her clothes, past nudes (priestly horror again), her Christmas decorations to her Rose Garden renovations. As someone who would never vote for someone like Trump - or Biden either, shudders!!- I have thought Melania has great taste and an aesthetic eye and did a grand old job on the previously kitschy rose garden. The persistent deranged mauling of her has been revealing.

I'm going to say it. It was an impressive speech. Americana will like that compared to Bidens low energy approach.

Easily impressed aren't we. Basically Trump's & the RNC message was: things are really terrible in many parts of the country and I couldn't do anything to solve those problems in the last 4 years but give me 4 more years anyway because none of the problems are my fault. But if you elect Biden all those things will get worse (even though they've happened under my watch). It was basically 1 hour and 10 minutes of that circular nonsense.

You seem to be in a definite minority there.

The general consensus was that it was a low energy delivery that went on far too long.

Fox News on Trumps Speech -
    • "Surprised by the lack of Fireworks"
    • "Surprising Flat"
    • "Lacking Excitement"
    • "Went on far too long"
    • "I have to say in his delivery, I thought the president—who we have seen really turn on a crowd—was surprisingly flat and didn’t seem to have the bite that he usually does have in his speeches"
    • “The speech was very, very long. I don’t know that any speech that is an hour and ten minutes uninterrupted by anything visual can work very well.”

Fox News on Bidens Speech -
    • "Joe Biden hit a Home run"
    • "Enormously Effective Speech"
    • "He Knocked it out of the Park"
    • "Blew a hole in the narrative of him being a candidate in decline"
    • “I thought Biden had the moment of his life, and he ought to feel really good about that.”
    • "It was so authentic to who Biden is, and … it caught the mood of the country, which is unity, steady, competence, ‘We can rise above this’."
